David retired after 27 years of service from GTE. He was also predeceased by a brother Thomas Buckley.
Surviving is his loving wife of 59 years Patricia Buckley, two daughters Karen Scragg and Marylou Buckley & her companion Duncan McCormack, two grandchildren Olivia Scragg and Jordan Scragg along with several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be offered to the SPCA of Tampa Bay, 9099 130th Avenue, Largo, FL 33773 which David was a supporter of.
