She was born on December 20, 1935 in The Bronx, New York, to James and Marie O'Gara. Frances was employed as a personnel manager for Nassau County, New York, but her passion was for her family, travel and history. She diligently worked and raised her family while continuing her education to obtain two Master's Degrees.
She is survived by her, daughter Laura Eager; grandsons, Daniel Sullivan and Clark Sullivan; and sister, Joyce Kelly.
A visitation for Frances will be held Monday, January 27, 2025 from 1pm-3pm at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL 33774. Following the visitation, a graveside service will be held 3pm at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park.
