Francis (Frank) Joseph Jupina 94, of New Port Richey formerly of Largo FL, passed away April 23 2021. He was born in New Milford, Connecticut on June 2, 1926.

Frank graduated from New Milford High School. He married Dorothy Jupina on December 28, 1946 who passed away on November 28, 2019.

Frank worked in Farming & Road Construction for Farms in Connecticut & Virginia and All Line Construction Company.

His passion was gardening.

He is survived by his children, John Jupina, Wayne Jupina, Peter Jupina, Cynthia Smith, Cheryl Berry, Eric Jupina& Christine Miyazato; Brother; Andrew Jupina, 15 Grandchildren, and several Great Grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents; Andrew and Florence Jupina and sister; Myrtle Jupina
