72, of Largo passed away, January 2, 2024 at Oak Manor Accent Care after a long battle with cancer. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in Medford and vacation-homed in Stone Harbor, New Jersey. Frank graduated from Lenape High School and earned journeyman papers in tool and die.
He is preceded in death by parents Frank and Elsie Taylor and younger brother, Bruce. Frank is survived by wife Debbie; son, Ryan and his wife Shannon; daughter, Kristen; grand-daughters; Kayleigh and Tori; Frank's youngest brother, Kenneth; and his fur baby, Lily.
Frank was president of Florida Maintenance Cleaning Company and previously known for his plastic injection mold work. Frank loved the outdoors, beach, fishing, bowling, playing cards and pinochle, and he was a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Florida Gators football teams. He was always seen in shorts regardless of the weather.
In lieu of a memorial service or flowers the family is planning a celebration of life and has requested donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Accentcare Hospice Foundation.
