

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Milot, and his adult children: John Milot of MA, Cathie Milot of NV, Gerry Milot and wife Deborah of FL, June Graves and husband Ian of FL, Chris Milot and wife Ana of FL, Eric Milot and wife Michelle of MA, Janice Milot of FL, his sister Clarice Carpenter of FL, as well as several step-children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his two sisters Rita Milot Wattu of FL and Yvette Navarro of FL, and his three brothers Philippe Milot, Andre “Red” Milot, and Gilbert Milot.
He graduated from Northeastern University with an Associate's degree in Law Enforcement and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. He also earned a Master's degree in Counseling from Fitchburg State College. He was a former police officer from Bellingham, MA, retired Chief of Police at Mt Wachusett Community College, worked for the State of Florida's Department of Children and Family Services and Pinellas County Sheriff's Department, as well as a crossing guard for the City of Largo.
He was a former member of the Elks Lodge #1426 of Gardner, MA, and a Life Member and past Exalted Ruler of Elks Lodge #2159 of Largo, FL.
The family will be holding a private service at Serenity Funeral Home, and he will be laid to rest at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park.
