WILLIAMS, Howard Joseph, 74 of Largo, FL passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2017. Howard was born on March 10, 1942 in Jellico, TN to the late Thomas Joseph & Molly Ann (Lawson) Williams. Howard was a Tool and Dye Maker in the manufacturing industry. He is survived by two loving daughters Melissa (Rickie E.) Armstrong and Sherry (Chris) May, four grandchildren Randall May, Jason May, Kristen Armstrong & Jesica Armstrong, great granddaughter Olivia June Armstrong and brother, G. Michael Williams.
