74 of Oldsmar, FL passed away on Friday, June 3, 2011. Born in Durham, NC, Jeanette moved to this area in 1989 coming from Nashville, TN. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Women’s College in Greensboro, NC, was the first female detective on the Charlotte, NC Police Force and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Graham, NC. Jeanette retired from Schiller University in Largo working in their Financial Aid department. She also received the LASFAA Lifetime Service Recognition award for 2008-2009. Jeanette is survived by two loving daughters, Michelle (Dale) Luckado of Nashville, TN and Kimberly Lynn (Jeff) Bentley of Largo; along with five granddaughters, Jennifer Vincente, Jeannine Jensen, Lacy Perry, Hailey Fick, and Julie Jensen-Riley; seven great-grandchildren; an uncle, Bill (Peggy) Bradshaw; an aunt, Mary Catherine Smith; and long-time friend Joyce Howard. She was preceded in death by her parents L.B. & Ethel Bradshaw and a daughter, Karen Jeanette Houser. Memorial contributions may be offered to the American Cancer Society. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2011 at 2 pm at the Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, 727-562-2080.
