We will forever miss you our very dear friend. We spent every Tuesday and Saturday together and now, they will never be the same without you.

I am very sorry to hear of the loss of Joe "Jammer" McGlone. I pray for our Lord Jesus to comfort the family in this most difficult time. No words will replace the loss The McGlone family is experiencing.

I met Jammer through my work. I buy parts as a Mfg. Buyer and we needed a broker's help to source parts that my firm and I needed but could not find. Pressure was high on sourcing. Due to limited Engineering resources at our company (where an Engineer would need to be available to spend time cross referencing parts to be approved in the circuits)  I called Jammer's firm as they were specialists in finding hard to source parts. Jammer took my call. He worked on my situation and called back that afternoon stating he found parts via regular distribution sources so I could order them without having to pay a broker premium. I thought "Wow. That is different. Turning down business but helping me and my firm." Joe did this the 1st 3 times I called him! He became my trusted broker for life and we did a great deal of business for many years before my company invested in proper personnel which could do much needed circuit updates to allow us to buy parts more currently available.  The point is Jammer put me and my firm first, not his individual gain. He was honest, hard working and professional. He knew his business. He was the BEST broker I ever dealt with.

Jammer put people first too. He was always polite. We had many sports talks. We talked about God and Jesus. I met up and saw a great Styx concert at the Vinoy with him and his wonderful wife Elena and my now wife Karen. Yes, we had too many beers together a time or two before we both dedicated our lives to following Jesus. But he always had time to ask about me/my life and give an encouraging word. I enjoyed a bible study or two at The McGlones invitation/church as well. 

The world was a better place with Jammer in it. However, he is in a much better place now though, with HiS Lord Jesus. Amen.

Remember that cute coy smile he had as though he just had a  idea or a passing fun thought or... just was glad to see me. I always enjoyed our encounters. 


I have known Joseph for 40 years. Great guy, husband, father and friend. Rest In Peace with your mom and dad in heaven

Been a long time since I saw Joe from our days playing ball in NJ. But always kept you in my mind. Joe was a great guy with a good heart. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife, children and the whole Mcglone family. 

I remember how long you prayed for Joe to know the Lord.  It was such a joy when we came to Suncoast and saw you and Joe together in church and serving the Lord.  Hold on to your faith and all your precious memories.  Our prayers are with you.  Ron and Kathryn
