With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our dear beautiful Mother, Juanita Maxine Bignotti, at the age of 95 peacefully at her home. She was born in McComas, West Virginia and moved to Florida with her family in 1960 from Welch, West Virginia.
She was loving, kind, sweet, and always thought of everyone else first. We find consolation in knowing that she is now with the love of her life, her husband of 63 years, Matthew, and precious son, Michael in the presence of her loving Savior, Jesus Christ. She is also pre-deceased by her brother Bill Beverly and parents Nancy and Jason Beverly, along with many, dear extended family members and friends.
She will be loved and missed by her older sister, Kathleen Beverly. Her children: Tammy Lombardi and husband Al, their son Steve Lombardi and his wife Laura; Matt Bignotti Jr. and his wife Donna and daughter Michelle Bignotti; Lisa(Terri) Giardina and husband Frank, their son Frank Giardina III and his wife Kendall along with their sons Frank IV and Jack. Michael's son Jason Broker, his wife Stephanie and their sons Peyton and Evan.
It was because of her love and dedication to her chosen profession of Hospital Laboratory Medical Technology that her sister-in-laws, Sylvia, Joanna, and Wanda followed in her footsteps. She retired from Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater.
She led an active life with many hobbies; orchids, crossword and jigsaw puzzles, pro basketball especially the Golden State Warriors, reading, painting and jogging most notably in the 1986 Gasparilla Distance Classic 15K at the age of 56. Maxine was a devoted member of Prince Of Peace Lutheran Church, Largo.
May her soul and the souls of all our faithful departed rest in peace.
