Lawrence Felix Schneider, age 85, of Largo, Florida passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 in St. Petersburg, Florida. Lawrence was born August 23, 1936 in Fond-du-lac, Wisconsin to George and Isabella Schneider.
Lawrence served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy as well as in the Army Reserves until his full military retirement. He also was a St.Pete Beach police officer for 20 years.
In life, he enjoyed hunting, bowling and watching westerns. He was a Green Bay Packers and Tampa Bay Rays fan.
He is survived by his 2 brothers, Bernard (Dwayne) and Eugene (Sue); 3 sisters, Gerogine Weber, Eveyln Johnson, and Carol Brandt; two sons, Todd (Christina) and Bruce (Ginger); daughter, Lauren and seven grandchildren, Sean, Todd, Melinda, Brody, Bowen, Maddie and Lexi; 4 great Granddaughters, Amiliah, Amara, Ashlynne and Addisyn along with numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Lawrence will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL 33774. Following the memorial service will be a committal service from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Bay Pines National Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33708.
