Lorie Jane Hudnall-Guinn earned her angel wings on March 10, 2026, passing peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. She was 68 years old. Lorie made her home in Largo, Florida, where she shared her life with her beloved husband, Andrew Kendera.
Lorie was born March 20, 1957, at Grace Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, to Bobby and Janet Hudnall of West Virginia. She was the oldest of six siblings and shared a close bond with each of them throughout her life: Chet Hudnall; Mickey (Anne Marie)Hudnall; Jana (Mickey) Hudnall-Mazurik ; Evelyn Hudnall-Golden; and Jason (Grace) Hudnall.
She was a proud and devoted mother to three children: Ronnie (Chana) Johnson, Bridgette Marie (James, deceased) Beba-Acheson, and Sherry (Justin) Simpson. Her greatest joy in life was being a grandmother to Alexander Beba, Samuel Bloor, Vayda Simpson; Mason, Gavin, and Makenna Acheson; Zachary and Cassidy Johnson.
Lorie was known for her fun-loving spirit, her kind and generous heart, and a sunshine smile that could light up any room. Spunky and selfless, she would do anything for others and often gave freely, even if it meant going without herself. She had a deep love for the water, enjoyed painting and expressing her creativity as an artist, and found joy in cooking for those she loved.
Her happiest moments were spent with her beloved daughters and doting on her grandchildren. Lorie also held a special place in her heart for her nieces and nephews, treating them as if they were her own. She treasured every relationship she shared with her siblings and family. Like one of her paintings, Lorie had a way of making life beautiful, turning everything she touched into something meaningful.
Her loving husband will be honoring her life by setting her free to fly in Tennessee, with the date to be determined.
Lorie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Though she has left this world, her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She departed as gently as a soft summer breeze, leaving behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
