He worked for Schaefer Brewing Company while in New York. He later worked for Pinellas County Parks Department. Louis enjoyed the out-of-doors and volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America for many years. He lived in Villa Capri for 44 years and spent many years volunteering on their Executive Board.
He is survived by his two sons, Martin and Michael; five grandchildren, Martin Jr., Bryan, Lauren, Dominique, and Briana; seven great-grandchildren, Charles, Harlow, Samuel, Avery, Preston, Beckham, Abigail; and a beloved nephew, George.
He was predeceased by his wife of 64 years, Florence.
Louis will be cremated and a celebration of life will take place in February 2022.
