Louise Mary Hill

Louise Hill, a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and treasured friend, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. She was 77 years old.

Born on December 18, 1947, to Jack and Doris, Louise lived a life defined by compassion, resilience, and unwavering devotion to those she held dear. Her laughter could light up a room, and her wisdom always gently offered was a guiding force for generations. Whether she was offering a listening ear, a home-cooked meal, or a shoulder to lean on, Louise gave of herself freely and generously. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Burl with whom she shared a lifetime of memories.

Louise’s greatest joy was her family, and she poured her heart into every role she held. She is survived by her son John; her daughter Brenda and son-in-law Oscar; and her grandson Kris and his partner Ariel. Her love and guidance shaped their lives in immeasurable ways.

She had an undying love for the family dogs, Stash, Sheldon and Turk always made her smile. Oh how she loved to spoil them with love and treats.

She also leaves behind her siblings Pat & Wes, Irene & Butch, Rob & Divine, and Janet & Steve, who will forever cherish her laughter, wisdom, and the bond they shared. Her legacy continues through her many nieces and nephews: Rob, Tyler, & Jade; Zak, Derek, Marina, Hank & Bo; Holly, Daryl, & Sadie; Scott, Brandy, James, Emmy, & Frankie; and Jessica & Vincent.

Louise’s heart was always full. She had a gift for making everyone feel seen, heard, and loved. Her memory will live on in the stories told around family gatherings, the recipes passed down through generations, and the quiet moments of reflection when her spirit is felt most deeply.
