She worked for Pinellas County School Board for several years, then became President and owner of Demo Sales Unlimited in the 90’s. She retired to take care of her grandchildren and travel with her late husband of 52 years, George J. Edmiston, who passed away in 2017.
She was an active member of St. Dunstan’s Anglican Church and the Suncoast Sandpiper Club. Nancy loved to cook and entertain people with dinner parties and social gatherings. Nancy was very passionate about her church family, Sandpiper Club, long term friends near and far and of course her family.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy English and William Earhart Vogt; and her brother, John. She is survived by her two sons, Thomas Richard (Marci) and George William (Janet); her granddaughters, Ella, Abbe, Julia and Hannah; her brother, Bill (Charlotte); her sister-in-law, Ann; and several nieces and nephews in New York.
A Memorial Service will be held in her honor on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 3:30pm at Serenity Funeral Home.
