Theocharakis, Nicholas Sr., 82 of Largo died Wednesday Dec. 5th at Bay Care Alliant Hospital, Dunedin. Born January 12, 1930 he was the son of Harry and Stella Theocharakis. Nicholas served nine years as chief engineer in the Merchant Marines. He owned and operated his own contracting company; Nick Theo and Sons Painting and Decorating. He was a member of St. Stefanos Greek Orthodox Church. Nicholas is survived by his loving wife Wanda Arnett Theocharakis of Largo whom he married March 8, 1969, three sons Harry of Valrico, Peter of Saline Michigan andNick Jr. of Largo,Fl., daughter Stella Wixom of Michigan, sister Bessie and seven grandchildren. A funeral service will be 1:00pm Saturday at St. Stefanos Greek Orthodox Church- 3600 76th Street, St. Petersburg, Florida 33710. Burial will be in Serenity Gardens Memorial Park, Largo.
