McDaniel, Richard “Jerry” 78 of Largo died Monday evening with his loving family by his side. Born January 19, 1934 in Cleveland, Mississippi he was the son of Mitchell Ward and Marie Gatewood McDaniel. Jerry served in the US Army . He was a Director for Martin Marrietta, Orlando. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Ethel Tatum McDaniel of Largo whom he married January 12, 1952, his daughter Kathy (Rowland) Milam of Clearwater, son Richard Ward (Leigh Ann) McDaniel of Scottsdale Arizona, three grandchildren, Jessica Milam, Alexandra McDaniel and Kathrine McDaniel. A memorial celebration will be at 1pm Friday January 27th at the University Club-841 North Park Ave. Winter Park, FL. 32789. There will be no calling hours.
