I remember my uncle bob as a very kind person and always upbeat and positive. It has been many years since I have seen him , but the all the great memories in Chicago will always be with me. My father, God rest his soul, told me so many stories of the good times he spent with my uncle and his brothers at family outings. It is with sadness that my uncle has passed. So many years pass in a blink, but I am so fortunate that uncle Bob was the guy he was. So happy and love of family. God bless. Aunt Marlene, my sympathies. My prayers are with you.

I will always remember Mr. Marlowe for his smile and ready laughter riding with me on a wagon at Christmas.  His kindness and gentle ways with his grandchildren has will always be one of my favorite memories. Holding you in my heart and prayers. As Always, Abby

Dear Aunt Marlene, Cindy and Bob,

I was just thinking of you all today, and wanted to look up the bike shop, and instead found this very sad news. We all have such fond memories of your home on Torrence Ave in Chicago and the fun Florida visits. Uncle Bob was a wonderful person to have as our uncle and a great brother in law. He will always be remembered fondly in our hearts.

We gave it everything we could to be there with you all, but I think Bob decided we should be safe at home.  Our hearts are heavy, but we send out love to you all. Dear Marlene, I am sorry to hear that Bob has passed. My Bob and the kids loved to go the the bike shop. You and Bob were so wonderful, my Bob and Bob Marlow were great friends, I shall miss then both so much. Bob is now at peace, but with you everyday. He will see all his friends and family that have passed before him, I am sure my Bob was there to great him. My God bless and keep them both my deepest sympathy to you and your children.

So sorry to hear about Bob.  Bill and Bob went back many years and Bill always enjoyed his company and the many visits with him at the shop.  Bob was also one of my mother's favorites.  Love, peace and deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Our heartfelt condolences to Marlene. We bought several bikes from Bob, and he was always there for us for same day repairs. He worked into his 80's, whihc is admirable.
