SMYTH, Sally, 69, of Tarpon Springs, FL, died Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013 in Clearwater, FL She was born in Jacksonville, FL and moved to Clearwater in 2011. Sally was a member of Dunedin First United Methodist Church, UPARC and the Advocare Trust. She was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret Pearce and Eugene Rex Smyth. She is survived by her brother, E. Rex Smyth Jr. and sister in law Linda Smyth of Macon, GA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Advocare Trust of Clearwater. A memorial service will be held 10 am Monday, Sept 16,th at UPARC, 1501 North Belcher Road, Clearwater. Her family will receive friends at a reception following the ceremony.
