Vincent was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, a member of the American Legion Post 9272, and the Suncoast Brotherhood Motorcycle Club.
He had many passions, some of which included riding his Harley Motorcycle, drag racing, watching "The Christmas Story", and listening to southern rock and Motown music.
Vincent is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen Gallivan; his step-daughter Katherine Serio (Josh); his sister-in-law Susan Gallivan; his nephew David J Gallivan; and his pet, Fonzie, whom he rescued.
Vincent was preceded in death by his brother David J. Gallivan; and parents, Vincent Edward Gallivan and Barbara Gallivan.
Services will begin with a visitation on Saturday April 2nd, 2022 from 1-2 pm, with a funeral service to follow from 2-3pm at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL 33774. Committal services will occur at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park April 2nd, 2022 at 3pm.
