

Aaron Madera was born on May 7, 1987 in El Paso, Texas to Dora Valdez and Lorenzo Madera, and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He had three sisters, Monica and Carla Valdez, and Natalie Madera; and one brother, Lorenzo Madera. Even as a child, Aaron was creative and confident, and he always seemed to be able to find a solution to any problem he faced. He was taught that he could achieve whatever he set out to do.
Growing up, Aaron was always staying active, especially by playing basketball and soccer. He was sociable and well-liked by so many people. Some of his best friends growing up were Alex H., Nathan L., Ebony H., Viri G., and Beto G. Aaron graduated from Chaparral High School in 2005 and went on to become a Medical Assistant for 13 years. He was a focused worker and his personal initiative inspired those around him. He was a team player that did whatever was needed in order to get the job done. In his adulthood, he made many friends, including Jose, Mark, Manuel, and Richie.
Whenever he wasn’t working, Aaron continued to stay active. He played soccer in high school and continued to do so in his adulthood. He was also something of a sports fan and followed hockey, basketball, boxing, and soccer whenever he got the chance. Aaron also got the chance to travel abroad on a trip through Europe.
Aaron passed away on January 30, 2021 at Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas. He is survived by his mother, Dora Valdez. Services were held at Palm Southwest Mortuary in Las Vegas. Aaron was laid to rest at Palm Eastern Cemetery.
During his lifetime, nothing appeared impossible to Aaron. He met any adversity with enthusiasm, and was always trying to defy expectations. He touched many people’s lives and he will be deeply missed.
