Alice M. Sasso, 95, of Las Vegas, NV, passed away on December 29, 2016. She was born in Chicago, IL to Benjamin and Dorothy Farnsworth. She was raised and graduated from high school in Joliet, IL along with her siblings Ben, Ed and Dorothy. She was predeceased by her husband of many years, Lawrence L. Sasso, as well as sons Lawrence E. Sasso and Charles Sasso. Survived by her other three children; Robert, Marilyn and Anthony, as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. During WWII, she drove a truck for the Army Ammunition Plant. She loved her family so much and also had a passion for art. She once painted a picture of her husband she loved so much on a tiny little rock and even had hosted ceramic lessons in their basement at home. Visitation to be held, Friday, January 6, 2017 from 4 to 8 pm, with services and burial to follow Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 11 am, at Palm Eastern Mortuary and Cemetery, 7600 S Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
