It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Amy Allison Pollock on Friday, August 9, 2024. Amy was a cherished wife, dog mom, sister, aunt, daughter, and friend. Known for her fun spirit, compassion, and love for dogs, she touched the lives of all who knew her.
Amy is survived by her loving husband, Sam; her two beloved dogs, Levon, and Maggie Mae; her two sisters, Martha and Kathy; and brother, Steven; as well as her nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews, who will fondly remember her and all the fun times they shared. She was preceded in death by sisters, Ellen and Chris; and her brother, Bob.
Amy worked at various casinos, including the Golden Nugget, and opened Kokomo's at The Mirage. Amy was an organ donor, a testament to her selfless nature and her desire to help others even after her passing.
Amy will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, who will continue to celebrate her life and the joy she brought to others. May her memory be a blessing.
