Apolinario was born on June 7, 1961, in Masantol, Pampanga, to the late Teresita
Bustos & Levirato Bustos.
Apolinario married his wife, Marilyn Garcia Ocampo, in 1986, and they renewed
their vows in 1996 . He was a father to Pauline Ocampo-Uclaray, Michelle
Ocampo, Allen Genesis Bustos Guevara, Carla Marie Bustos Pagkalinawan, and a
proud grandfather to Alyssa Ocampo Vega, Alexavier Ocampo Holden, Devin
Chase Uclaray, Maraiah Shan Carlos Guevara, Sidney Klein Carlos Guevara, Sid
Claire Pagkalinawan, Calvin John Pagkalinawan, and Jayo Clark Pagkalinawan.
Apolinario came to the states in 1996 to be with his wife and children.
He worked in the fields of Delano, California and spent his time playing basketball, singing his
heart out in karaoke, and dancing the night away at parties.
He was known for being the life of the party, and for his ability to make everyone
laugh. Apolinario will be remembered for his big personality, contagious smile,
and a laughter that could lift anyone’s mood.
A celebration of Apolinario’s life will be held on Saturday November 8, 2025
