Arlene C. Ritter, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away peacefully on February 25, 2014. She was born January 4, 1923 in Buffalo, New York to William and Ruby Gravius. She was 91-years old and lived in Las Vegas for over 48 years. Arlene and her husband, William J. Ritter built Coachman’s Inn on Eastern Avenue. In 1980, she and her husband opened Billy’s West on South Decatur. In 1982, William passed away, and Arlene continued working and retired at the age of 88. She is preceded in death by her husband William J. Ritter; her son-in-law, Anthony Testolin; and her granddaughter, Lori Thurman. She is survived by her daughter, Dianne Testolin; her granddaughter, Christina Testolin; family members Bob Thurman and Steve Ritter; and many dear friends. A Funeral Service and Celebration of her 91 years of life will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89123.
