Arthur John Box III

Jack Box, of Westfield, IN, and formerly of Norwalk, CA passed away December 30, 2018. Jack was preceded in death by his parents. Jack is survived by his wife of 54 years, Diana Lovett Box, sister Maureen Baker, son Steven (Shawn), daughter Deborah (Mark) Hester and 4 grandchildren Kayla (Gabe) Villalobos, Megan Box, Brent Hester, Austin Hester and 3 great grandchildren Ava Villalobos, Casen Villalobos, Cody Villalobos.

Jack was born August 4, 1944 in Altoona, Pennsylvania to Pauline and Arthur John Box II. He graduated from Buchser High School in 1962 in Santa Clara, CA. Moved to Norwalk, CA where he found his lifelong partner and at the age of 19, when he married Diana Lovett in Compton, CA. Jack and Diana lived in Norwalk, CA where Jack worked as a computer programmer in the Aerospace industry. Jack and Diana transferred to Colorado Springs in 1994 where they lived until they retired in Henderson, NV in 2004. They moved to Westfield, IN, in 2013 where he lived until his death.

Jack loved good food, woodworking, coaching, going to the movies, playing the guitar and spending time with family and friends.

Memorial services will be at 1:00pm on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Palm Eastern Mortuary & Cemetery, Las Vegas, NV where friends may call on Friday at 12:30pm until the service time at 1pm. Interment will be held immediately after the service at Palm Eastern Mortuary & Cemetery. Celebration of Life will be held at 2:30pm – 6:30pm at Sunset Station Casino; 1301 W Sunset Rd, Henderson, NV 89014.
