Bay Tran Solis, 62, of Las Vegas, passed away April 3, 2010. She was born Aug. 7, 1947, in Vietnam, and was a 13-year resident of Nevada. Bay was a retired busperson at the El Cortez Hotel. She is survived by her sons, Ngoc Nguyen of Vietnam, and Trung Solis and Darius Solis, both of Las Vegas; stepdaughter, Ellenita Solis of Las Vegas; one brother, Tai Tran; three sisters, Ret Tran, Det Tran and Thu Nga, all of Vietnam; family sister, Elaine Cosio of Las Vegas; niece, Hang Cosio of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren, Matthew and Sarah of Las Vegas, and three in Vietnam. Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 11, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
