Bennett Richard Desmoni

Born on December 20, 1937, in Jackson Heights, New York, Ben spent many years as a dedicated truck driver before moving his family to Las Vegas in 1990.

Ben was full of life—always the spark in the room and the one who could turn any moment into a celebration. He adored his wife, Angela, with whom he would have celebrated 63 years of marriage this May. His love for his family and friends was steadfast, and he was known for his generosity, his humor, and his willingness to help anyone in need.

Ben is survived by his beloved wife, Angela Desmoni (Messina); his children Anthony (Wendy) Desmoni, Angela (Michael) Himegarner, and Joseph Desmoni; his six grandchildren—Anthony, Alyssa, Samantha, Cori, Joseph, and Michael—and his great grandson, Valentino. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Phyllis Losquadro; his brothers, Anthony Desmoni and Michael Losquadro; and many cherished family members and friends.

A private viewing and ceremony will be held on March 31, 2026, at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Ben’s favorite charity.
