Bernice was born in New York, NY on November 17, 1924 to Paula (nee Serowitz) and Morris Tepper. She and Jack Lazar raised their family in North Miami Beach, Florida. Her parents and beloved husband of 62 years predecease her. She is survived by two daughters, Marci Yura (Ted) and Kim Sakren (Marko); son, Mitchell Lazar (Leslie); five grandchildren, Liana Alexandra Genovese (Bruce) , Tia Willo Sakren, Lily Sachiko Yura, Ellie Miyuki Mowry (Tyler), and Debbie Michiko Ankenman (Dalton). A graveside service will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, December 15, 2023, at King David Memorial Cemetery, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas, NV. The family requests that memorial donations be made to any emergency fund in support of Israel. King David Memorial Chapel handled the funeral arrangements.
