Catalina “Cathy” Quiban Ayuste, 87, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away at home November 17, 2016. She was lovingly known by many as “Nanay”. She was born February 13, 1929 in the Philippines. She was married to her husband of 65 years, Francisco Ayuste. While in the Philippines, she assisted her husband with his tailoring business. Nanay enjoyed gardening and loved the companionship of animals. Nanay devoted the rest of her days caring for her family. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Louie, and her husband, Francisco. Nanay is survived by her eight children Marc, Hermie, Noly, Emma, Rose, Fely, Willy, and Edward; 19 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 22, 2016, 3:00 PM - 08:00 PM. Mass and funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Palm Mortuary-Eastern.
