

Cliff Gordon, a former resident of Pahrump, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2022 at the home of his daughter, Donna Madigan. He was born on July 28, 1923 in Toronto, Canada and was raised in Unity, Saskatchewan. He served in the Royal Canadian Air Force during WWII. From there he was a world traveler, private pilot, went to law school, and was a wonderful dad.
He settled in Las Vegas in 1962, he was employed by AAA as a claims adjuster, and later was an insurance officer with the Nevada Insurance Division. In 1977 he formed the All American Insurance Agency and he survived a huge fire in 1980 and sold the agency many years later. He retired and moved to Pahrump. He began his second career in 1996 as a Realtor and served the Pahrump community for 20 years.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Beatrice and Charlie Gordon, sister Joan Kiser Gordon and wives Margaret McLennan Gordon, and Eleanor Gordon. He is survived by his only daughter, Donna Gordon Madigan, grandchildren Kevin Hamilton, Deanna Miller, Emily Price, and Jeff Oakden, and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was a man with many loyal friends. His family is very grateful for the love and support from the Las Vegas community.
A memorial service for Clifford will be held Monday, February 21, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123, followed by a reception from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
