Elizabeth Jane McCarthy (Betty), of Las Vegas, Nevada, formerly of Floral Park, L.l. New York passed away on June 25, 2015. She was a longtime employee (28 years) of the Doubleday Book Publishing Company in Garden City, New York.
She was the beloved wife of William J. McCarthy Sr. for 60 years.
She was a loving mother to William J. McCarthy Jr., Donna Jean Cosgrove and Lorraine Ann Desz; and a cherished grandmother of Christine Cosgrove.
Chapel service and interment was provided by Palm Eastern Mortuary/Cemetery, 7600 S. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
