You’ve been on my mind more than usual because I’m going through my closets and getting rid of a lot of things. I’ll ALWAYS keep the top from Ms Emma. The funniest thing about her for me was during Covid and we were all homebound. I don’t remember who started the text but Ms Emma sent me a pic with her on her exercise bike while still in her Jammie’s and slippers. 
If there’s a hierarchy in wherever she went, she deserves to be queen. 
Thanks for everything, Ms Emma. Sending prayers and love. 💜

Richard, I am extremely saddened by the loss of Emma, as some of my fondest memories were of our family visiting yours when we were very young. She was extremely sweet with us and always made us feel welcome in your home. I know she is at peace and keeping watch over us now. May God keep her blessed.

I remember meeting Emma while on my sabbatical last year in the summer of 2020. We shared a fondness for red wine, and she imparted on me life lessons that have already had tremendous impact on my outlook on life. It’s with a heavy heart I write this for someone truly special. A minute with her felt like experiencing a lifetime of genuine kindness and friendship. She made great rice and raisins, and was as sassy as they came. I’m thankful to have met her.  I’m thankful to have learned from her and Richard what love can be like.

Emma was a wonderful Godmother for our daughters. She always showed care, love and understanding. For us she was the best friend and helper. She will be in our heart forever. 

One of my favorite memories of Emma is when we did the multicultural night at St. Viator's church when I was still in grade school. I wore my Colombia shirt and "helped" her with the delicious empanadas she made for the event. I loved being with Emma when she cooked, she always made me laugh, and was a true force of nature when she was cooking. May we always hold her ability to spread joy and laughter close to us.  

Emma always was and always will be the greatest Blessing in my life.  She couldn't have been a more dedicated and loving Mother to our two sons.  She was also a caring friend.  The lives of many were touched by her in a positive way.
I, Richard, her husband of  forty-eight years will be lost without her.
