

On Saturday December 4th, 2021 Enloe Collier departed this life at his home in Henderson Nevada. He Received his wings at the age of 84. He was born October 26,1937 in Jackson Tennessee to the Parents of Rollie Collier and Bertha Ozier.
He left Tennessee at a young age and moved to Kalamazoo Michigan. He graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School and worked various jobs including Brunswick. Years later he met the love of his life Gertrude Collier. Together they have Three children. Emery, James and Kimberly Collier.
In 1966 he decided to move his family to Santa Monica California. He worked as a Machinist and later started Collier’s & Son’s Construction Company and decided to open James & James house of BBQ.
He loved mentoring young boys to become men. He taught them how to use their hands and the meaning of hard work. He loved sports and became a coach at Silver Field where he spent a lot of his free time. When the concession stand caught fire and burned to the ground, he got those young men together along with the parents and built it back bigger and better then it was before.
Many years later he and his wife Gertrude decided to move to Henderson Nevada to be closer to their grand kids, children of Kimberly Collier.
Once they got settled in their new home after remodeling it. He went to work for MGM Grand Hotel as a stagehand Supervisors. Then retired many years later.
Enloe and Gertrude were married 63 years before his passing.
Enloe was preceded into death by parents Rollie Collier, Bertha Ozier. Siblings Victor E Pearson, Anthony W Collier & Regina Ashley.
Enloe leaves behind his wife Gertrude Collier of Henderson Nv, Children: Emery, James & wife Jeanette Collier, and Kimberly Collier of Henderson NV. Brother Bernard Pearson of Kansas City, MO. Grandchildren: Keevin Collier, Damond Collier Sr. of Los Angeles, California , James Collier Jr. and Kanisha Collier of California. Kristina Woods & husband Rick Thompson of Alaska, Kathleen & husband Kapesa Chimwanja of Las Vegas NV, Kayla Woods of Little Elm TX and Kelvin Jr & wife Andrea Woods of Las Vegas. 21 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. A Host of nieces, nephews, cousins and Aunt in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Enloe Collier loved partying, playing dominoes, sports, music, dancing and entertaining people. His smile, love and energy will truly be missed.
