Harold Levi Cyr

Born in Great Falls, MT on December 8, 1942 son of Fred and Lorraine (Olsen) Cyr, Harold lived in Havre, MT until 1951 when his family moved to Great Falls where he spent the next five years. His family then moved to Brady, MT in 1956. Harold loved Brady and was active in sports. He graduated in 1961 from Brady High School and from there, moved back to Havre to attend Northern Montana College. Harold moved to Las Vegas, NV in 1965. He met and married Carolyn Daniel and had their daughter, Renee Cyr, who was born in 1977.

Harold committed his life to the Lord on June 6, 1982 and remained faithful to Las Vegas Bible Church. Harold worked for Kalb Industries from April 9, 1999 until August 16, 2023. He enjoyed NASCAR, road trips and metal detecting with Renee in his purposeful yet unhurried lifestyle. Love and devotion shown through his faith, family and how he served others. As a faithful prayer warrior and Bible reader, he enjoyed helping the down and out and any others in need. He literally would share the roof over his head. Everywhere Harold went, he brought the good news of Jesus' death and resurrection. His light will be greatly missed.

Harold leaves behind his daughter Renee Cyr, ex-wife Carolyn Daniel, brother LeRoy Cyr and sister-in-law Jean Cyr whom he loved greatly, but first of all, he loved Jesus.

A memorial service for Harold will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
