Hilda Sanchez de Hernandez passed away peacefully on December 5, 2025, at the age of 80. Hilda was born in Durango, Mexico on August 31, 1945, to Luis and Filiberta Sanchez. Hilda was the younger sister of Maria and Ramon, and older sister to Aida and Miguel Angel.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her beloved husband, Jose, her little sister, Aida, her beautiful daughters, Ana, Hilda, and Angelica, and her precious grandchildren, Israel, Sophia, Carolina, Sasha, Aaron, Guillermo, and Sebastian
Hilda was a longtime resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, where she settled with her husband in 1972. Here, they created and raised a beautiful family. Hilda loved to dance, sing, and cook for her family. Her life was marked by deep love, resilience, and unwavering faith in God. She will be remembered for her warmth, strength, and wit. All who loved her and were lucky enough to be loved by her will remember her with adoration, and think of her every time the sun shines.
