James Branca Sr., (Jim) 62 of Absecon, NJ passed away with his family by his bedside on Saturday Feb 25th, 2017 at Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. Born in Somers Point, NJ on Aug.23rd.1954 and was a longtime resident of Mayslanding. Jim was a longtime employee of Bally's Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City as a Dual- Rate Security Supervisor for 26 yrs. He was a loving and devoted Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, Grandfather (Pop-Pop) & Friend. No matter how BIG or small the issue, Jim was ALWAYS there for you. Jim is preceded in death by his parents. Jim is survived by his wife Josephine, Children and Step-children, 16 grandchildren, his sisters Helene & Victoria (Vicki), Nieces/Nephews, & Friends. Jim will also be deeply missed by his "furry" friend Joe Boxer. "Rest in Peace Jim, you will remain in our hearts forever".
Services are being held in Las Vegas, NV. A memorial Service will be announced at a later date for friends & family of New Jersey.
