Joel Harris Cohen, 90, a retired garment designer, passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. He was born on June 12, 1925 in London, England to Frank and Fannie Cohen (nee Fabbish) and was a Las Vegas resident since July 1992. He served in the British Army during WWII. Joel is preceded in death by his parents and Grace, his wife of 50 years. He is survived by his three daughters, Janice Rochelle Cohen-Tepper of Las Vegas; Francine Sherry (Robert) Bronstein of Las Vegas, and Arlene Susan Cohen of Camarillo, CA; two brother of England; and one grandson, Colin Nathanial Tepper. A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Palm Valley View Cemetery, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Family requests that memorial donations be sent to Chabad. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
