Jose Meno Paulino

Jose “Papa” Paulino peacefully passed away on February 13, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his cherished wife, Helen Paulino, along with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Jose proudly served as a veteran in the U.S. Navy for over 20 years. He had a passion for cooking and took great joy in serving others through his delicious meals. After his military service, he dedicated many years to working at the Veterans Hospital in Long Beach, retiring in 1994

A resident of Las Vegas for over 20 years, Jose worked in the food and catering industry while enjoying the time he spent with family and friends. He enjoyed attending sporting events and playing craps at the South Point Hotel.

Jose will be dearly missed but never forgotten. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and generosity that will forever resonate in our hearts. We take comfort in knowing that heaven has gained an angel.

A visitation for Jose will be held Monday, March 10, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Palm Mortuary - Eastern, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. A funeral service will occur Monday, March 10, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. A committal service will occur Monday, March 10, 2025 from 1:20 PM to 1:45 PM at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Mem, Boulder City, NV 89005.
