Joseph Jacob Van Ryhn

On September 29th, 2021 Joe was resting at his home in Las Vegas when God decided it was time, with gentle hands he brought him home.

Joe lived a truly wonderful and rewarding life with his wife Elaine (Bombinski) for over 61 years. They were blessed with 3 beautiful children: LuAnn, Rick & JoAnn, who would in turn make him a grandfather to: Kristen, Kari, Jerald, Jesse, Kayla and Amanda. The family tree did not stop there the grandchildren

in turn made him a “Great” Grandfather to Melou, Fiona, Garrett, Olivia, Colton, Cash, Jordan and in December West his 8th great grandchild will arrive. He was lovingly referred to as Pa Pa by his family.

Joe was the kind of man that most inspired to be like, he always looked for the good in people and wanted them to find the good in themselves. His smile was warm and welcoming, and you could not help but smile back.

So today, we his loved ones know he is smiling down upon us. Even though he has passed we cannot help but smile back.

Viewing & Rosary: Palm Mortuary & Cemetery 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Las Vegas, NV 89123 on Friday October 15, 2021 9:00am to 11:00am

Services: St. Viator Catholic Church 2461 E Flamingo Rd Las Vegas, NV 89121 on Saturday October 16, 2021 at 1pm.

Burial: Immediately following services at Palm Cemetery 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Las Vegas, NV 89123
