Julie graduated college in 1970 from Colorado State University Pueblo, where she received her degree in Physical Education and Special Education. On June 5th, 1976, she married the love of her life, Robert Milne, M.D., who she met at the age of 10 at her family’s country club in Pueblo. Among her many accomplishments, her greatest were her three daughters. Drew Elizabeth Milne, born February 6, 1979, was adopted by Julie and Dr. Milne in April 1979. In October 1995, Julie founded the Green Valley Chapter of National Charity League, the first chapter in Nevada.
