

Lauren was born on January 11, 1947, in Bay Village, Ohio, to Leonard and Arline Toensing. She grew up alongside her older sister, Dyanne, and brother, Tom. After attending Dental Hygienist School in Dayton, Ohio, Lauren enjoyed a long and successful career as a dental hygienist.
She married Gerhard Kratz and eventually moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where they raised two sons, Seth and Scott. Though Lauren and Gerhard later parted ways, they remained friends. Lauren was a devoted mother who always put her boys first. She actively supported their sports activities, even coaching, and was their biggest cheerleader.
In 2004, Lauren moved to Las Vegas to pursue a new career in real estate. She built many friendships and was loved by all who knew her. Lauren had a passion for golf and bingo and was known for her quick wit and love of telling jokes, bringing laughter to every conversation.
Family was everything to Lauren. Her brother Tom was one of her closest friends, and her children and grandchildren were her greatest joy. She also adored her pets, often saying she liked animals more than people. Lauren was selfless and compassionate, always willing to help anyone in need. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Lauren was preceded in death by her parents, sister, and brother.
She is survived by her sons, Seth (Nicole) Kratz and Scott (Ashley) Kratz; her beloved grandchildren, Haylee, Hannah, Lucy, and Mason; several nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.
