Lolita Jean Willden

Jean married the love of her life, David J. Willden in Beaver Utah on December 15th 1956. When Jean first met David at the 24th of July foot races, Jean bet David she could beat him in a foot race. She won and got a date to the movies. The were together ever since. It brings me great peace to know they are up in heaven doing the two step! Man, those two could dance beautiful together. Jean was an avid skier and loved sing and playing the guitar the family cabin in Bryan Head Utah. Jean and Dave loved boating and built several yachts of which Jean decorated to the hilt. She was an excellent interior decorator and very good with home design. They took family and many friends on exotic tropical vacations and trips to Alaska.

Jean and Dave were the most generous. I had the chance to meet in my lifetime, Jean loved all her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who know and loved her. Her nieces and nephews called her Mother Teresa, and I believed they were right. The all have great stories about her generosity.

Jean moved on to be with the love of her life, David, and her three sons, Rick, Brett, Chad, and grandson Dillon and her parents, Reese and Ada Lee Griffiths. She is survived by her son Michael Kim and wife, Barbara, daughter in law Pam, Sheryl, grandchildren, Joel and wife Sarah, Robyn and husband Mike, Sloan, Danielle and husband Herb, Samantha and Husband Alex, Summer and Husband Jordan, Mike and Chad. She also is survived by eight great grandchildren, her brother Dave Griffiths and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held, Dec 9th, 2022, at 10 AM, Palm Easter Mortuary at 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Las Vegas Nevada, 89123.

I would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Sky Haven in Hurricane Utah for taking such great loving care of my sweet Mother. You are all Angels in my book.

A wake will be held at the Canyon Gate Country Club (2001 Canyon Gate Dr, Las Vegas, 89117) from 12:30pm to 2:30 pm. A light lunch and drinks will be provided.
