Lorine Anderson

Lorine was a proud graduate of Sumner High School in St. Louis, Missouri, Class of 1973. Her passion for learning led her to pursue higher education at Webster University, where she earned her Associate of Arts degree. Committed to her academic journey and personal growth, she went on to attend Columbia University, where she received both her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees. Her dedication to education and her unwavering spirit continue to inspire all who knew and loved her.

She leaves to mourn a Son, Jule Samuel, a daughter in law, Shannon Samuel, 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, a mother, Ruby Washington, 3 sisters, 2 brothers, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Lorine will be held Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Palm Mortuary - Eastern, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. A funeral service will occur Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. A visitation will occur Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
