

Marie C. Singer
July 16, 1933 – April 4, 2026
With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of our dear mother, Marie Cecile Singer, who departed this world on April 4, 2026, at the age of 92. Born on July 16, 1933, in Chicago, Illinois. Marie had a wonderful 92 years marked by love, laughter and an unwavering devotion to her family and friends. She met the Lord with the comfort of her daughter Sharon and son Ron by her side. Marie was predeceased by her devoted husband of 59 years, Eugene “Gene” Singer, and her son, Robert “Bob” Singer. She is also predeceased by her parents, Rose and Robert Dusold, her sisters Elizabeth “Bette” and Roberta and her brother Bob. Marie is survived by her daughter Sharon and her husband Mike Bradley, her son Ron Singer and his husband Tim Huey, her daughter-in-law Teresa Singer, and her grandchildren Jason and his wife Veronica Fleeman and Chris and his wife Courtney Bradley. Marie also leaves behind her precious great-grandchildren Stacie Fleeman and Ben and Colton Bradley. Her sister-in-law Dolly Dexter, her sister Geraldine Reichert, and an extended family of nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews also survive her. Marie and Gene were married on June 13, 1952, at St. Cajetan Parish in Chicago, a union that blossomed into a partnership filled with adventure and shared dreams. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in June 2002 in Las Vegas, followed by a trip to Hawaii. Marie's professional career began in 1963, when she became a bingo agent, later becoming the swing shift bingo manager at Club Bingo on Fremont Street, a vibrant part of downtown Las Vegas. Her 20-year tenure with owner Jackie Gaughn was a testament to her dedication and passion. After Club Bingo closed in 1983, Marie continued to share her expertise and love of bingo at Triple 7, Vacation Village, and Sunset Station Casino until her retirement. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Marie was known far and wide for her love of card games, from Pinochle to Canasta to Bunco and more. She will be remembered by her practical jokes, humor, kindness and her contagious smile. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated RNs, CNAs, and caregivers who provided such compassionate care to Marie during her final months. Your kindness and dedication were a comfort to us all. The family warmly invites all who knew her to join us and celebrate her life on May 2, 2026, at Palm Mortuary and Cemetery, located at 7600 S. Eastern Avenue. A viewing will take place from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm, followed by a short service from 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm, and a reception from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm to share more fun stories about Marie. She will be dearly missed, but her spirit will live on in the cherished memories and laughter she leaves behind.
A visitation will be held at Palm Mortuary - Eastern, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123, US, on May 2, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, followed by a funeral at the same location on May 2, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
A committal service will take place at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Mem, Boulder City, NV 89005, US, on May 4, 2026, from 1:20 pm to 2:00 pm.
