Marion T Roberts

Marion Anna Tiedemann Roberts, 89, of Henderson, NV passed away on November 27, 2023, at Nathan Adelson Hospice. She was the cherished and beloved wife of the late Edward Cardwell Roberts Jr. to whom she was married on June 12, 1954, and shared 54 years of marriage.

Born in New Haven, CT on February 26, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Henry Tiedemann and the late Bertha (Baumann) Tiedemann.

She was employed as a Business Teacher at Avon High School for many years prior to retiring to NV.

Marion was an avid reader, enjoyed cruising around the world, and loved playing Bridge.

Left to mourn her loss are her children: Karen Roberts Roegge and her husband, Paul Roegge of Avondale, AZ; Edward H. Roberts and his wife Patricia Entwistle Roberts of North Attleboro, MA; and Lynn Roberts Trudeau and her husband Marc Trudeau of Gypsum, CO; five grandchildren: (Edward) Gregory, Jessica, Samantha, Dylan, and Jaime; five great grandchildren: Alex, Olivia, Evan, Calla, and Easton; and several extended family members and dear friends.

She was the sister of Frederick (Bud) Tiedemann of New Haven. CT. She was also the sister of the late Henry Tiedemann and Herbert Tiedemann.

A memorial service to celebrate Marion’s life will be held at the Palm Eastern Mortuary & Cemetery in February 2024.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Marion’s name may be made to The American Cancer Society.
