Marvel M. Omnas, 81, a retired cocktail waitress of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away October 21, 2012. She was born February 11, 1931 in Minnesota and was a resident of Las Vegas since 1958. Marvel was a dedicated Lutheran, who loved her family and her home. She enjoyed cooking, hosting Fourth of July parties, and especially her birds. Marvel was preceded in death by her son Randy Strom. She is survived by her husband of 45 years; Ernie; daughters, Sandra Gibson and Traci (Pierre) Holderied; Grandson Shane Gibson; Sons, Cory Omnas and Eric Omnas; Granddaughter, Shellie Abegale. Marvel will be greatly missed. She will be laid to rest privately with her family at Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
