Michael Thomas Butman was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 18, 1947 and died in Las Vegas on September 8, 2017. He was a life-long resident of Las Vegas, moving here with his family in 1957. He worked in the casino industry for many years. Michael is survived by his brother James; his two nieces, Mary Beth and Christle; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth. Funeral services will be held at St. Anne Catholic Church on September 21, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Palm Cemetery at 7600 S. Eastern Ave. at 3:00 p.m.
