We sure missing listening to Mike’s stories but there’s someone in the family who remind us of him every occasion, our lovely Ivy Dickerson remembers Grandpa Mike quite often. May he rest in peace.

My condolences to Cindy, Shawn, Brandon and Ryan. Uncle Mike never failed when I was a child to make  you laugh when you were crying, listen when you were sad and was a great father of 4 boys! I only have fond and sweet memories of my Uncle Mike and I will always remember him as a positive loving father figure to me and my sisters when we were little. He will not be forgotten and I can still hear him listening to his sports and saying “Hey Chrissy” and then sneaking me a snickers bar. I’m sad for the family left behind and know the boys will be taking care of Aunt Cindy. Again my sympathy and condolences at this time. Much love and healing to you all.

Dear Aunt Cindy,  Shawn, Brandon and Ryan, 

I am deeply saddened by the loss of Uncle Mike. His optimistic spirit, humor, and kind heart made every moment with him a joy. I cherish the fond memories we shared, and I’m grateful for having him as my Uncle. He truly knew how to turn frowns upside down. His hugs were always my favorite bear hugs when I was a child. He will be greatly missed. Please know that I am here for all of you during this difficult time.
