Nancy M. Franklin, 93 years old, passed away peacefully in Henderson, Nevada, on August 30, 2014. She was born March 5, 1921, at State College, Mississippi. She is survived by her sons John (Cassy) and Tom (Diane) Franklin, her daughter Nancy Helmbold, three grandsons (Jonathan, Elias and Estefano) and a great granddaughter (Elisa). She was a true Southern lady who loved, and was loved by her family, and many spiritual friends. A memorial service was held September 2, 2014, at Palm Cemetery on Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, where she will be laid to rest.
