It still fills the room, though you’re now gone.

So steady, so rooted, it feels untrue,

No words are enough, but love speaks for you.

You were more than a father, more than a name,

You anchored our family, steady and brave.

The strength we leaned on, the voice we knew,

The force that made our whole world feel true.

To the outside world, you seemed unbreakable,

Strong as an ox, firm, unmistakable.

But to your family, your truest part

Was warmth and love and a boundless heart.

A family man down to your core,

Every sacrifice made meant something more.

Each long day worked, each burden you bore

Was devotion, love, and nothing less, no more.

You taught by doing, by showing the way,

How to work through the dirt, the long, hard days.

But more than labor, you taught us to stand,

To show up with love, with a steady hand.

Your heart lived openly, seen far and wide,

In the work of your hands, in the earth you’d guide.

Plants were alive, they spoke to you true,

You helped them grow, and us along too.

That stone seat you placed in the yard’s quiet frame

Held peace for a man who never stayed the same.

A moment of stillness, gentle and rare,

For a soul always moving, always in care.

You loved being needed, being the call,

You answered, no matter the time or the fall.

Not perfect with messages, but perfect in care,

Always dependable, always there.

Honesty shaped you, bold and sincere,

Direct and unfiltered, yet rooted in care.

Behind every truth, spoken steady and plain,

Lived courage and love, never fear, never shame.

We dreamed of the days that were still meant to be,

Of traveling together as one family.

Of time slowing down, of joy yet to start,

Of you as a grandpa, held close to the heart.

But love does not leave, it does not fade,

It stays in the lives that your heart has made.

The love you gave freely, so deep, so true,

Still lives on, and always will do.

Your strength lives on in the hearts you shaped,

Your honesty echoes, your courage remains.

Your love for family beats steady and strong,

Guiding our steps as we carry on.

You changed our world in ways profound,

You made us whole, you kept us bound.

And even now, though broken we stand,

You are still here, in heart, in hand.

We love you.

Our protector, our guide,

Our teacher, our home, our place to reside.

We honor you always in all that we do,

A visitation will be held at King David Memorial Chapel & Cemetery, located at 2697 E Eldorado Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89120, on December 19, 2025, from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

The funeral service will take place at St Viator Catholic Church, located at 2461 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89121, on December 20, 2025, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.

The committal service will be conducted at Palm Mortuary - Eastern, located at 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123, on December 20, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
